Western Iowa | Went with Nucleus Hp pop up fert. this year. Here is some data.
Totally tubular setup. 30000pop.2 acre plots
5gpa 170bu/a at 15.1%
10 g/a 179.5bu/a 15.3%
10 g/a 175bu/a 15%
0 g/a 170bu/a 14.8%
0 g/a 169/a 15%
5 g/a 172/a 15.3%
Corn had 30lbs N with planter 100#ams per plant 120 #N side dress. Mesz applied last fall....can't recall amount.
At 6$/ gal Nucleus ho isn't looking good.
This is by no means a pro trial. Just a farmer with a weigh wagon checking on his investment.
I have two more trials yet to pick.
