Subject: No-till wheat question

We cut a very poor wheat crop this year
And this is 4th yr no-till wheat..
None have amounted to anything due
To drougt.

Due to illness, nothing has been done,
Not even sprayed, so a jungle, with
Foxtail and other.

Would hitting it with glyphps, and planting
No-till with a clearfield wheat. Will have
To apply liq fert.

Do you think it would work, and would
It be advisable?

I know it will be expensive, but Milo
And beans don't look good next year
And this is upland to start with.

Thank you
