Subject: What to charge for storing beans for another farmer

Central Ga
I think I have seen this subject on here before so I did a search and came up with nothing. I have another farmer who wants me to store approx. 18,000 bushels of seed beans for a few months. Commercial storage around here is .05 a month. I really have no idea what to charge for putting them in and taking them out. The elevators here typically don't do that and really don't want to give any suggestions on what to charge. Any ideas are appreciated.

This is a 2013 Sukup 6 x 36 with a stirring system. In and out with my tractor and auger.
