Subject: pressure canning green beans/jar tipped over????

Was pressure canning a batch of green beans and had a jar tip over while processing. Appears to have lost some, but not a lot, of liquid out the the jar but it still sealed up fine afterwards. Is it still any good or should I just throw it out to be safe??? Thanks.

edit to add.... jar didn't tip completely over, just leaned over at about a 45 degree angle.
