Our peach tree is loaded this year, some of the peaches are starting to get soft, and turning color, well at least they are not hard as rocks.
How do you tell when to pick them ? Will they ripen after being picked ?
Our little white fuzzy peaches are still hard as rocks and will be for a while, they make great jam !!
