Subject: Fitting sunflowers into rotation

South Dakota
We currently are currently in a corn-soybean or corn corn soybean rotation. We do plant a few acres of wheat every year but not enough to diversify our rotation enough for my liking. I'm wondering from those of you with experience in flowers how they work in a rotation and what benefits or dis advantages they have. An ideal rotation for us would be something like corn soybeans wheat flowers and then back to corn. Any input on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks
