| I bought a Masterbuilt Meat Smoker about a month ago and so far we really like it. We have only done roast so far and want to try some other meats that we need to smoke at a lower temps. My only issue is getting it to cook below 250-275 degrees. I contacted the company and I have not heard back from them yet. Is there a way to get the temps down closer to 200 or 225? I have the heat on the lowest setting and also the vent is all the way open. I was not sure if there was anything else I could do. Can i choke the propane down enough? | |
