Subject: Well quality north of Lubbock Tx.

North Central Indiana
Daughter is looking at a property north of Lubbock. RE agent told wife that there might be some "water quality" issues on the north side of town. Not sure what is meant by that. ( the only water issues we have up here is too much at the present). During drought years, do the residential wells have problems like smell or drying up? Are new residential wells expensive to install? I'm in Indiana and can't just run down there at the present but would like to find a NAT friend to give me some "eyes" in the neighborhood. TIA
