I have a 8516 white planter with hydraulic drive and I keep cracking the plastic housings on the row clutches. Any ideas what I need to do? They are tight on the shaft and bolts are adjusted so they remain straight up and down. When the outer plastic breaks they quit working and it's $50 a row to fix each time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
