I am trying to load the ePrint driver on my iPad so that I can print documents from the tablet. I tried this morning and it was "spinning" all morning and didn't load. Tried again tonight and same results and I can't seem to to stop the process either. I am doing this from the App Store and I do get a prompt about the cloud password so wondering if I need to be in the cloud for it to work?
