S.C. Wisconsin | Being we are blessed with great neighbors and friends here in Arizona we made a breakfast for our RV park neighbors and friends. My brother in law made great potato pancakes and Debbie made regular and Buckwheat pancakes. We had a scrambled egg dish along with breakfast sausage and ham. Some of these people are getting up in years and they appreciate it.
