SW MICHIGAN | Can somebody offer some insight as to the value of a standing grain bin? I am looking into moving my grain set-up from its current location to another. I will be building new grain bins and need to get my old bins off the property. There are 3 brock bins, (2) 48 foot diameter and (1) 60 foot diameter. All have full floors and decent unloads. Roofs are fair and bottom rings in poor shape. I do not own the property the bins are on so keeping them there is not an option. I have a few neighbors interested but dont know what i should be asking for them.
