I was just watching meateater and an advertisement for a lawsuit similar to what you see with prescription drugs comes on saying "corn farmers, have you lost money to low markets?" It goes on for awhile.
To summarize, a law firm by the name Pulaski is trying to put a class action lawsuit against Syngenta for the Chinese temporarily banning U.S. corn.
I'm sure I have the facts correct as they were stated in the advertisement, but this seems a little far fetched.
I have no interest in participating in a law suit but, I thought it was interesting that a law firm would attempt this. |
