Something goofy is going on.  I have Windows Vista Home Basic
When I go to open up my windows explorer icon on my desktop it says on the bottom of my monitor "your last browsing session closed unexpectedly" then to the right of that warning it has a place to click for "restore last session".  It won't allow me to click on the "restore last session" icon. 
Also about 10 seconds later I get a pop up that says "Internet explorer has stopped working.  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" then the only option I have is to click "close program" and then it closes.  My home page never shows up.
What can I do to fix this ?
