ECIL | I have Windows 8, run Classic Shell. Recently I had a bug in the computer (thanks son, why I said no gaming on the desktop) and finally got rid of it this morning. Somewhere along the line I lost the ability to open pdf files. Every time I try I get a message saying "Invalid file for registry". What do I need to do to restore function so I can open and view pdf files? I'm pretty much a computer kindergartner so please keep it simple for me, I'm not too up on jargon or acronyms.
