I'd say he (store owner) is a true victim in this mess, along with the cop.
I actually graduated high school in 1969 thinking all people were equal....I have since then changed my mind. There are several that are no better than animals. (actually that is an insult to every dog in America).
I just finished listening to a speech by Al Sharpten.................he has furthered my belief in some peoples inferiority.
