Subject: Earlage question for Garvo or Big Ben or anyone.

Mt. Airy, NC
Put up 100 acres of earlage in bags for our dairy this week. Used a 980 Claas with a 8 row head and the kp did a great job processing. Did some in the past between 23 and 34 percent kernel moisture but with weather problems the last few weeks, moisture on 45 acres got down to 19%. Doubled up on inoculate and just bagged it anyway. What should we expect as far as fermentation goes? Thanks
