| I have a client with a Case IH Stieger 385 autosteer ready with a EZ Guide 500 on WAAS with NAV II controller. We were having problems with the steering jarring hard to the left and right. Then we calibrated dead zones and sometimes it fixed the problem then it would happen sometimes the next day or up to two weeks without a problem. At one point, I replaced autosense wire and the autosense itself. Finally the last time I did it errors came up and said steering close to end stops. At this point I replaced the NAV II controller and all was good after a full calibration. Well after a month and a half the same problem occurs with it jarring hard to the left and right. Has anyone else had this same problem? And if you have, what did you do to fix it? I have pretty well tried everything, but can't come up with a solution. | |
