On the morning farm radio show they Quoted Vilsack about changes in the farm program. He was saying something about being able to not use a bad year in your 10 year APH for next years proven yields. Anyone know anything about this???? Sounds like cherry picking yields with this and the trend adjust option. They are making this too complicated.
