barry county mi | I saw some resurch done in the 1963 time fram on the amount of minerals in our various foods and compared to todays foods probably 2010 time fram it was amazing the amount of minerals that are less than half of the 1963 time I believe that is some of the problems we have with obese and somewhat with illness of our people. we have organic farms that dont have the minerals bult up any better than a lot of the guys that put on mostly N P K whether conventional or organic. Now that prices are in the dumper it will be hard for a lot of the farmer to build there traces. thus the food probably will continue to be shorter on minerals than 50 years ago.
