EC IL | Just wanted to share a very positive experience Ive had with their Dealership recently....They sent two mechanics out to do a PIP on my 2012 S680 one rainy day after I had just began my 2014 harvest. I had a real slight engine oil leak, which they determined to be the rear main seal. They immediately called the service manager, who arranged the trucking & had them pop the duals off. In a matter of several days they had it back to me (pulled the engine, replaced engine & gearcase seals & pan gasket, along with a handful of other repairs) had a mechanic follow the semi back to put the duals back on without costing me a dime. This was out at the Williamsport IN store (Keith in service, Gentry the mechanic) Ive been very impressed with every end of their business, from sales to service and everything in between. | |
