Subject: soil analysis for p,k

NC Iowa
I have done alot of reading on here about p,k values and how high ph levels tie up nutrients. I have some questions.
Here is the scenario with p,k,s and ph soil tests pictures.
Avg cec is 25. Avg om level is 4. Avg S is about 7.
Our yield goal is 200 bu corn.

1. What is best and most economical way to lower ph.
2. I have read sulfur can lower ph levels. On this particular field we put down 100 lbs of AMS before corn each year so thats about 25 lbs of actual sulfur. This has not had much of an affect on lowering ph to make more p available.
3. In almost all areas the base saturation k% is around 2%. Ive read this should be in the 4-8% range. How do i get it there. What ties up k nutrients?

What do you guys think about this. I dont want to keep putting down alot of P in areas where its low if it will just be tied up in the soil and not needed.
