east central iowa | Our trusty 12000 hour Jd 4440 is having some transmission issues. It is a quad range. I put it in A range reverse and it gets stuck there. Only way to get it out is to shift range lever to b range, this works 50% of the time. If that is unsuccessful you can shift range lever to c range and it will then pop out of reverse. This gradually came on over several days. What could be the problem. Transmission has never been opened up. Tia | |
