Subject: converting bins to center unload...ideas

Ontario, Canada
We have 3 14" westeel bins we'd like to convert to center unload. They have a floor that only 3-4" ubouve the ground right now so that rules our putting a auger in the cement. Two of the bins need some new cement on the floor so we thought we might weld up a sump for the center and poura few inches of concrete, using the bin circumference as the outside form and incorporating the sump in the middle. We'd loose a few inches of storage space but thats not a huge concern. Has anyone ever done anything like this? We'd have to run the auger up on a angle and through a hole in the wall obviously. Any other ideas would be appreciated and/or pictures as well. We are just in the planning process now and wasn't sure what ideas others might have.

TIA
