Subject: JD 4020 brake valve housing oil leak question (pic)

West Central Iowa
I have oil leaking from just in front of the rubber boot on the brake valve housing when the tractor is running on my early 4020. The oil seeps up around the 3/8 bolt in front of the rubber boot in the picture. I looked at the diagram on jdparts. Is it likely just the gasket under the top plate just under the brake plunger boots or is it an o-ring inside the housing? Is it easy to take the top of the housing off or do I need someone who has done this before to take a look at it first?
