| Found a 1989 Ford Ranger one owner 78K with a 2.9 L engine. Do not know much about them,they seemed to be rare in the Ranger anyway.I heard once they had problems with head cracking. Anybody know much about this engine,are they good are a stay away engine,this one was low or maybe empty lol on radiator fluid,guy that owned it look like he was 80 so maybe he was just slipping on the maintence other than oil changes and such.oil looked OK,looked clean and he said it was due for a change .Thanks in advance. | |
