Houston,Tx | I will try to load on not up to date soy wkly - transitioning to new charting - should give you the idea. its a wkly chart of comm net position (less short being higher on price scale) relative to price.
in feds, I really have not studied much, so couldn't give very good expanation- Know with all Commodities, however in the CIT report where cftc breaks down all categories is most detailed. All reportables are fund specs, fund spreads , index funds (managed hedge funds-I think), and commercials -- then small traders are non-reportables. Each commodity has different COT behavior, undoubtedly.
i did check FC COT in March and commercials were somewhat more net long - before this run-a-way move began.
also, your handle was my late father's favorite time on the clock or combination of #'s FWIW :)
