Subject: Follow up on DB80, rows 17-19,29-31 piss poor singulation

Central New York
Anybody out there with poor singulation on theses rows? Thought it might be the "winglets" we installed not properly aligned with the doglets on the hex shaft, but the center section is running lower than the wings. We tried aligning the hex shaft on each wing, but the center section is lower and back farther than the wings. Bauer has had some "turn over" since Deere took control and we are having a hard time getting answers. She's 2 years old and now we are fine tuning it after last years (2012) software issues that had a greater need for attention. If we can solve the "jump shaft" issue I could run a gear faster. Hard to explain what it looks like but the hex shaft is at least 1/4 up and 1/4 back. Getting lots of chatter and vibration leading to poor singulation on these rows. Flat fields no issues, but we are mostly side hills. Ideas? Solutions? Thanks!
