SW Illinois | Looking for a way to die our bulk hydraulic oil so we can tell its not engine oil. The oil distributor we use said they don't have a way to do it.
We got died oil once, but it was because the oil had contamination issues from ATF not being fully cleaned out of some machinery at the warehouse, but it still spec'd out.
Just looking for thoughts on adding a quart of ATF to 150 gal of hydraulic oil to give it a red color. | |
