Subject: To spray before or after no tilling corn when using row cleaners?

swohio
I have always sprayed after I plant when using row cleaners. Worried I would move some dirt and have some weeds come up if I did this before planting. Most years I spray a burndown, then come back after planting and put down residuals, insecticide. Anybody put all this down ahead of planting? Would speed up planting if I did all this at once, I'm a one man show. I've also thought about not using my row cleaners and see what happens. Have not used them before it some cover crops and have had great stands. Planting with a IH 900. Thoughts? Thanks.
