| There is supposed to be some land coming up for sale near home in the next few months. I have never exercised a 10-31 exchange. We have ground that is farther away that would possibly like to sell and buy this parcel of greater acreage IF I am the winning bidder. Has anyone handled a situation like this before? How do you handle attempting to sell one parcel contingent upon the purchase of another. What kind of time lapse are you allowed or do you have to sell first? I know this probably isn't the right forum, but thanks for your help. I've already contacted the current tennant and they aren't interested in buying..
