My parents are looking at getting a pontoon boat. We found a used 2007 Sedona FS 25 with a 115 hp Yamaha 4 stroke motor on it. I know nothing about boats other than they float. I would guess the 4 stroke would be a lot better than the 2 stroke but I am assuming. Is a 115 hp enough for that size boat and is the Bennington Sedona a very good quality boat? Also what kind of licenses are needed with boating? Thanks.
