east central Nebraska | I called the 800 number and told them I wanted to subscribe to rtx today. They were having problems so it took a while. The lady asked for my serial number and gave me a unlock code which I entered as we were talking. It took it successfully and restarted. She said I was good to go and hung up. I have a feeling there is more to it. I was on the free signal waas so nothing looked different after the start up. I went into the gps screen and I didn't see a tab for rtx so I selected xp, hp, g2. Now it says I am on HP correction. I did not try to use it so I don't know it I in fact have rtx or not. I subscribed to "standard satellite rtx" as she stated. She did ask if my firmware was 2.0 or higher which I have 3.0 installed. Do I need to call back or am I good to go. | |
