Subject: payback on row clutches?

south central Iowa
I am trying to put together some figures on payback for row clutches. Any general kind of experience based numbers to plug in for that? I have a 16 row planter. I have been using a 3% seed savings on corn and basing my overplant acres on that with a 30 bushel yield hit. AT these numbers with my acres I may well be looking at a four year payback and maybe more once I get all my initial costs figured in. I am not sure that at four years payback this is a good idea but that is still a 25% return, but I wonder how long the equipment will last. Thanks
