How far cn a person go operation wise before a partnership must be formed? Say I have charge accounts in mine and my dads name but pay with 2 separate checks. Is that still ok or are we getting in a gray area? Nothing wrong with a partnership just don't want to have to deal with the paperwork nightmare TIA
