S.E. Iowa | We have some dairy beef cross heifers. The idea is to graft calves on them and raise two or three calves a year with them. I have heard that if you get the cows milk thru the calf she will accept the grafted calf. I would like to find a milking machine to milk the cow once or twice to bottle feed the calf and get the process started. What/ where do I look for this? We have 12 of these heifers coming on next spring so I have time. | |
