Can't see the Stora on the network. Passwords won't let me into either the camera or Stora. Tried to reset Stora and it's not there. Someone else set this stuff up so I'm not real sure about jumping in and resetting a bunch of things. I have other cameras and computers that I can see on the network. . Do I need to reinstall the cam and Stora? Thanks
