Southeast AL | Went to service this morning and she will just spin over. No smoke. Not getting any volts to top of fuel cut off solenoid. It done this one time last year and messed around with the wires and she busted off. Did again last week and same thing. Today moved some wires around and nothing. Anybody got some suggestions where to start looking. Swapped the fuel rail relay around in cab. No luck there. '00 model.
