I am trying out a used disk chisel. My tractor hydraulics are set at full flow, and the implement raises fine but drops too slowly. What would be the cause of that? There is no valve or controller between my tractor couplers and the cylinders, so is there a problem with the lift cylinders? Faulty male coupler?
