Subject: basement wall starting push in

here's the situation. i live in a old farm house and part of the basement has cinder blocks as the basement wall. its this area the blocks are pushing in. Whats the best way to rebuild a wall? There is about a 2 x 2 window above this area i could use to get material in if needed "concrete". The area pushing in, is around 8 ft......could i use basement jacks as studs and stack 2 x 12 inside to build a wall..or just form it up and pour concrete...
