Subject: Hay question

S.E. Iowa
Have about 10 acres each of Japaneese pearl millet and sorgumn sudan that was cut the first week od october, got busy with corn and never got back to the field. Its never been raked and laid in a swath, had a couple of small rains on it early on. Was over at the farm yesterday, when you gather it up in your hand there is no sign or smell of mold and looks good and green underneath. Forecast has a slight chance of rain tonight but rest of the week calls for dry weather and temps from upper 30s to the 70s. Question should I just forget about it or go ahead and rake and bale it. Probably wont be the best but looks alot better than some of the 2 year and older hay I see getting sold. What would you guys do, dont need it myself but thought that it might help someone out though the winter with some lower cost hay. TIA
