Subject: Anyone add urea to corn silage

Western Iowa
Been doing a lot of reading on it the last couple hours, looking for some real world advise.

Why wouldn't I want to add urea at the chopper next year when doing corn silage?

Sounds like 10lb or so per ton of silage can bump up the silage 3-4% protein. Sounds pretty sweet on paper when other protein sources are soo high now.

Anyone doing/ done it ??
