Northeast Nebraska | I've got an earlier 1966 JD 4020 that needs a crankshaft and a salvage yard has one that comes out of a later 1969 to 1970"s. He said all I have to do to make the later one fit my flywheel is to have the center hole in my older flywheel machined out a little to fit the crankshaft. The later (1969) crankshafts have a ridge and one peg on the end of the crankshaft and earlier ones are flat and 2 pegs. I was just wondering if this will work like he said. Thanks | |
