Has anyone who has refinanced their home through this program have any issues with the program...did it take a lot of work, easy to do, etc. Does everyone qualify or does it possibly affect the existing mortgage in any way? I can drop my rate from around 5.5 to3.5 but don't want to mess up the deal I have, I show Almost no income so don't want to hurt myself.
