Ravenna Ohio | A fellow farmer and friend, Steve Earnest has the first of I am sure will be many surgeries today. A combine head fell on him. He has been able to respond to the medical staff. Please add him to your prayer list.
Update for friends,
Saw the family today. They are in better shape than I would likely be. Jim said the 4-H community has really come out in force. The work for the farm has been covered for the time being. We will just need to remember to offer help as the winter moves along.
A hose blew. I got my well deserved reminder about safety locks. Today's eight hour surgery was to address the 4 or more breaks in his back. It will be day at a time for a while.
