Subject: flash player audio problems when viewing cattle auctions...

South Central Kansas, Harper County
I received no response to this I posted in the computer section a couple of days ago, so what the heck, thought I would try the livestock section.....

Having problems with the audio on flash player, when viewing online cattle auctions. I was using flash player 11.3, and have been doing some research online and seems to be a bug in that version. Supposed "fix" is to uninstall it and re install older 10.1 version. I did that easily enough, but now get message saying I need to upgrade my plug ins. When I click on the update tab, it wants to install plug ins for the 11.3, so I cancel out before I continue. Any ideas on what to do?

Funny thing, is when watching the video auction, if I open another tab(not affiliated with video auction, I can hear the cattle audio just fine, but when I go back to the tab with the video being displayed, the choppy and garbled audio starts up again. I am using Windows XP, and this happens in both firefox and IE.

thanks for any suggestions!
Jim
