WASDE numbers certainly don't seem to support.  U.S. Soybean projected carryouts, though raised 10m bu, due to 2 bu higher yield, are still the lowest in at least 5 years.  World oilseed Stocks are also projected basically flat in 2012-13, even with the projected monster SA crop.  World Wheat stocks for 2012-2013-lower.  World Corn Stocks for 2012-2013-20mmt lower.  Coarse grains for 2012-2013-20mmt lower.  World Soybean stocks for 2012-2013 are projected 4MMT higher than 2011-2012, once again on the back of a projected huge SA crop.  However, both meal and oil stocks are projected signifigantly lower.  We need a good year all around to even come close to catching up to 2010-2011 for 2013-2014.
