Subject: reusing old super sacks to protect shrubbery

West Chazy, New York

I'm not the first to think of this, I'm sure, but if you have an old super sack it makes a good way to protect shrubs over the winter.  Seems to provide enough of a windbreak to make a big difference in how they come out in the spring, and it's a whole lot easier than wrapping the shrub in a tarp and trying to fasten it in place.
