Subject: Less than impressed with FMX

serena, il
I've been using an FMX the last few days to steer my custom NH3 rig. It was originally installed to do rate and guidance for sidress this spring\ summer. I didn't run that. I wish I had the CFX 750 back in the tractor. It seems much more user friendly. Every little thing seems to get in the way with the FMX. I was hoping to take the 440 and sidekick out this fall and run one screen, but I dont trust it. Everything is so redundant. Close a field and reopen it just to get better guidance, lack of simple info for field without selecting it for every event, and not being able to easily customize the run screen. I don't need to name every field either, just kill one and start over. Do I have to much technology for the job or too high of expectations?
