Flatbed for cab & chassis. Using Z bar runners.

I see a lot of the flatbeds on the cab & chassis now days use stamped C channel or the stamped Z bar for the underside runners.
What do yall think of the them. Are they holding up good with farm use.
I like the use of 3in channel iron myself.
